Kristian von Fersen

Founder & Artistic Director — between Paris and Venice, between reliquary and runway.

At the desk; sketchbook closed. The ritual remains.

Kristian von Fersen founded Fersen · Serenissima to splice couture handwork with a collector’s sense of provenance. Trained in Paris ateliers from 2005, he developed a language of sculpted drape, reliquary finishes, and “gowns in motion.” In 2015 he collaborated with Maison Darquer / Groupe Noyon on Aurora Boréalis and Galaxy, presented within a cultural program alongside partners including LVMH, Institut Français Milano, and Ministère de la Culture. The house’s mythology is threaded through Venice—La Serenissima—and an old Parisian salon culture where ceremony and memory carry weight. Today he produces limited couture editions and private commissions with lifetime care.

He is also the author of A Comb for Every Crown, an origin story between reliquary and runway.

A courtesy once extended; a crest once bestowed. Some houses publish ledgers. Ours keeps a reliquary.
